Product Availability
Whilst we are making every attempt to have all items we stock viewable online this is an ongoing process. If you can't find what you are looking for please contact us on our freephone 0508 988 988 and one of our customer service staff will be happy to assist.
As our list of stock is extensive, not all items are carried in stock at all times and some may not be immediately available. Our website is updated every two hours with the latest information about stock due dates. If you order an item that we cannot deliver in the timeframe specified on the website at the time of your order, we will contact you via email or phone to inform you, offer a substitute if available and seek your instructions.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee the product you purchase will reach you in good condition. If it doesn't or you are not completely satisfied with it for some other reason, please contact us on returns@pleroma.org.nz
In the event of an error on our part we will absorb the additional freight costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
In the event that you wish to return an item it is essential that you email us on returns@pleroma.org.nz for a returns authorisation. Goods returned without this authorisation code are unable to be credited.
When you receive your code please return the item/s with a copy of the receipt that was included with the goods.
Items accepted for return must be carefully packaged and reach us in as new condition. Please note that Audio and Video (DVD & Blu-ray) and Posters are non-returnable.
To achieve a full refund returned items must be in as new condition.
For your protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post (courier).

Shipping and handling expenses are not subject to refund unless the items were damaged or we shipped you the wrong product.
All returns, including any credits applied for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in the purchase. We will make every effort to process returned items within 7-10 business days.
Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit to your statement.
Delivery Times
We aim to please and most items are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please allow 1 - 4 working days for order delivery (depending on stock availability). If we are unable to supply your item within the time frame specified on the website we will contact you to get your instructions. If you have a specific time frame please add notes about this to your comment box on the order form and we will do our very best to oblige.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges for prepaying customers are determined based on the total amount of your spend and are as shown below.
There are no additional charges for Rural Delivery.

Customers not pre-paying (who request an invoice) will be charged our low actual postage and packaging costs depending on the size of the box/package for delivery.
International freight
International Shipping will be calculated on the receipt of your order and you will be contacted prior to your items being sent. These are usually shipped via Fastway Couriers International 3-10 day service.
If goods are being sent overseas often we are able to remove the GST (VAT) and this can help significantly towards freight costs.
Shipping Options
All books are shipped from our warehouse located in Central Hawke's Bay. Purchases are couriered to you via Aramex Couriers.
Pricing of Stock
Prices are set at the recommended publishers price in most instances. In some cases they will be cheaper where we are running promotions with specific titles. Imported books are priced depending on the exchange rate at the time of our purchase and include the cost of importation. All orders are subject to price and availability confirmation. If prices change, we will contact you prior to charging your credit card and the finalisation of your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped from our warehouse.
Packaging
At Pleroma Christian Supplies we recycle every possible element of packaging and do not use any unnecessary specially made materials. We do however package items with great care. Should the product be damaged in transit we will of course replace it and absorb any additional freight costs. See our returns policy above for more information regarding this.
Payment Options
We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard as well as Union Pay. Credit cards are handled by our secure server and charged the business day the order is processed ready to be shipped. If you wish to pay via internet banking please leave the credit card details empty and write "Direct Credit please" in the comments section. Our staff will then forward you the bank account information on receipt of your order.
GST
All prices shown are inclusive of GST for New Zealand Customers only. Overseas customers are not subject to GST and therefore if logged in the website will show you the cost of the goods excluding GST.
Invoices
If you are an existing customer with an active credit history with us you may request an invoice at checkout by noting 'Invoice Please' in the comments box and leaving credit card details blank. If you are a retailer and wish to establish an account with us then please contact wholesale@pleroma.org.nz or if you are school, college, church or other group please email order@pleroma.org.nz.
