The Essential Teaching of Christian Meditation DVD

The talks on this DVD convey the core teaching of Christian Meditation passed on by John Main in a contemporary way. The three presentations help to communicate the teaching in a refreshing way and to deepen your meditation practice. The format is that of the Essential Teaching Weekend of the WCCM school of Meditation but the talks can also be used individually for community enrichment events or retreat days.
